Our Statement of Faith by Greg.

The beliefs in the following statement represent the beliefs of the founder and a percentage of the members. We do not mean to imply that you MUST believe them also. As I stated before, we are a non-denominational ministry that realizes we all have the freewill to choose how we believe. How you believe has no affect on my getting into Heaven, or being sent to hell, as the way I believe has no affect on whether you go to Heaven or hell. We all have a 1 on 1 relationship with God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. ( Yes, we believe they are 1), therefore you are the only one who can choose where you are going. We do not claim to know everything, or be the "correct" teachings, but we know this is to be what God put on our hearts. There will not be any arguments over God's word here. Jesus taught above all "LOVE", and that is what we want all to do here. If you are not sure what love is, then read:

1 Corinthians 13:1-13,

13:1 If I speak with the languages of men and of angels, but don't have love, I have become sounding brass, or a clanging cymbal.

13:2 If I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but don't have love, I am nothing.

13:3 If I dole out all my goods to feed the poor, and if I give my body to be burned, but don't have love, it profits me nothing.

13:4 Love is patient and is kind; love doesn't envy. Love doesn't brag, is not proud,

13:5 doesn't behave itself inappropriately, doesn't seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil;

13:6 doesn't rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth;

13:7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

13:8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will be done away with. Where there are various languages, they will cease. Where there is knowledge, it will be done away with.

13:9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part;

13:10 but when that which is complete has come, then that which is partial will be done away with.

13:11 When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I felt as a child, I thought as a child. Now that I have become a man, I have put away childish things.

13:12 For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I will know fully, even as I was also fully known.

13:13 But now faith, hope, and love remain--these three. The greatest of these is love.

Statement of Faith

We believe in the inerrancy of Scripture: the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God. (Acts 1:16, 28:23; Romans 15:4; I Corinthians 2:13, 10:11; II Timothy 3:16,17; II Peter 1:19-21)

The Trinity
We believe that God is eternally existent in three separate persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. These persons are equal in every divine perfection and that they execute distinct but harmonious offices in the work of creation, providence, and redemption. (Matthew 28:18-19; Mark 12:29; Acts 5:3-4; II Corinthians 13:14)

God the Father
We believe that God the Father is the personal, transcendent, infinite and sovereign Creator. He is perfect in holiness, wisdom, power and love. He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Nehemiah 9:6)

Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is fully God and fully human, that He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, provided for the atonement of our sins by His vicarious death on the Cross, was bodily resurrected by the power of the Holy Spirit, ascended back to the right hand of God the Father, and ever lives to make intercession for us. (John 1:12, 3:16; Hebrew 1:1-3; Revelation 1:4-6; Matthew 1:18-23; Luke 1:35; I Timothy 2:5)

The Holy Spirit
We believe in the Holy Spirit, His personality, and His work in regeneration, sanctification, and preservation. His ministry is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, and implement Christ's work of redeeming the lost and empowering the believer for godly living and service. We believe that the Holy Spirit indwells each believer at the moment of salvation and empowers us to fulfill Jesus' command to preach the Gospel to the entire world, an obligation shared by all believers. (Acts 1:8; Romans 8:9; I Corinthians 12:13; Ephesians 5:18; John 3:6, 14:16-17,16:7-15; I John 2:20-29; Romans 8:9-27)

We believe that man, made in the image of God and originally sinless, chose rebellion. All people are sinners both by nature and choice, and are therefore spiritually dead - separated from God and responsible for their own sin. However, salvation, redemption, and forgiveness are freely offered to all by the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. When a person repents of sin and accepts Jesus Christ as personal Savior and Lord, trusting Him to save, that person is immediately born again and sealed by the Holy Spirit, all his/her sins are forgiven, and that person becomes a child of God, destined to spend eternity with the Lord. (Genesis 1:26, 2:21-25, 3:14-21; John 3:3-8; Romans 3:23, 6:23)

We believe in salvation solely by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. We believe that this salvation is based upon the sovereign grace of God, and was purchased by Christ on the cross, and is received by man solely through faith, apart from any human merit, works or ritual. We believe salvation results in righteous living, good works, and proper social concern. (Ephesians 3:9-21, 2:8-9; I Corinthians 15:3-4; Revelation 1:5)

Spiritual Gifts
We believe in the gifts of the Holy Spirit mentioned in the Scriptures, and that they are valid for today if they are exercised within the Scriptural guidelines. We as believers are to desire the best gifts, seeking to exercise them in love that the whole Body of Christ might be edified. We believe that love is the most important gift, and without this love, all exercise of spiritual gifts is worthless. (Romans 12:6-8; 1 Corinthians 12:1-11, 28-31; 1 Corinthians 14; Hebrews 2:4)

The Last Days
We believe that the second coming of Christ with His saints to rule on the earth is NOT imminent, but that there are things recorded in scripture that have to happen before Christ returns. (II Thessalonians 2:1-4 and Revelation 20:4-5 to name a few) Jesus' awesome sacrifice and love motivates us to holy living, heartfelt worship, committed service, diligent study of God's Word, regular fellowship, and participation in adult baptism by immersion and Holy Communion.

Again, I can't get you into Heaven or send you to hell, and vice-versa! All this is up to you and our Lord! Thank you for taking the time to read this.
